What are the next steps if I want to pursue coaching with Mark?

The best way to understand how coaching can help you is to experience it! That’s why we begin with a free introductory session, with no obligation to continue. This will give you a chance to get your questions answered, and to experience what it’s like to work through a question or issue with a coach. Should you decide to move forward, we will give you a introductory packet that will give us the background and foundation we need to build a coaching plan.

Coaching is an ongoing relationship that is not limited to specific sessions. In addition to set times to meet (in person or on the phone), there are usually specific action steps that you work on outside of the meetings. Your coach is available to support you via email and brief calls that allow you to check in with updates and get questions answered.

Coaching is paid for on a month by month basis. You will be billed at the beginning of each month. We ask that you make a commitment of at least three months to a coaching relationship, but should you find that it’s not working, you can certainly stop before then.

The next step for you if you’re interested in giving it a try is to schedule your introductory session. You can set up this session with Mark either by phone (952-746-3885) or email (mark@markbrouwer.com). If you decide to continue (after this introductory session), you can choose either a format of three 30 minute calls per month, or two 45 minute calls.

The coaching process – a review:

  • Free 30 minute Introductory Session
  • Three 30 minute, or two 45 minute phone calls per month
